The dearest lot destined for re-sale was an Oasis Dream colt for whom Eugene McDermott went to 240,000gns to secure McDermott is the top end's most fearless pinhooker and is renowned for his ability to see potential in young racehorses.

back to Kennycourt and then be re-offered. We hope to make a profit. We
trade at the high end of the market and I thought this colt was the pick
of the day. I think everything about the progeny of Oasis Dream are the
tops. We got eight foals at Goffs and this is the fourth we have
purchased here. I’m looking to secure four or five more by the end of
the sale and I’m definitely optimistic about the Yearling market next
year.”
